This week we continue our series titled Steadfastness in the book of 1 Timothy. The burning questions becomes, are you the man of God seeking His will? If God has a plan and purpose for your life, are you steadfast in that at all cost? Jesus was and provides us the example to follow as His disciples.
(1Ti 6:11 ESV) But as for you, O man of God, flee these things. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness.
(1Ti 6:12 ESV) Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
(1Ti 6:13 ESV) I charge you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, who in his testimony before Pontius Pilate made the good confession,
(1Ti 6:14 ESV) to keep the commandment unstained and free from reproach until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,
